Hi Mirco, The Chimera user questions are generally on the other forum (chimera-users@cgl.ucsf.edu), but I don’t recall if anybody asked this question before. I don’t know where you put the DelPhi executable when you downloaded it. If you do know where you put it, you can enter that location in the DelPhiController dialog in Chimera, see the Input section: <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/delphicontroller/d...> On my mac, I put the executable in /Users/meng/newdelphi/ and the name of the executable file is just delphi … so in the Input section I have the following, but it will be different for you depending on where you put the files you downloaded. DelPhi Executable: /Users/meng/newdelphi/delphi Atomic Radii File: /Users/meng/newdelphi/data/default.siz Atomic Charge File: /Users/meng/newdelphi/data/default.crg I hope this helps, Elaine ---------- Elaine C.
