Hi Jeremy,
Thanks for alerting us to this change! We have committed a fix to Chimera that will be in tomorrow's daily build. So, you can advise users that report this problem that they can use the Chimera daily build (as of tomorrow), or they can use ChimeraX (which never suffered from this problem). We hope to make a Chimera production release in not too long that includes this fix, but can't be sure exactly when that will be.
