Hello! I'm Juan Rey, a PhD student at University of Delaware. I am interested in reading chimera's methods for resamling EM density maps. I tried downloading the source code from https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/sourcecode.html But the download hyperlink ends in a 404 code. If possible could you please send me the source code? Thank you in advance! Best, -- Juan Rey

Hi Juan, Thanks for pointing this out. Try this URL: https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/data/chimera.src.tar.gz <https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/data/chimera.src.tar.gz> I'll try to get the link fixed. --Eric Eric Pettersen UCSF Computer Graphics Lab

I didn't know ChimeraX's code was on github. That's awesome. Thank you both! On Thu, Dec 22, 2022 at 9:01 PM Tom Goddard <goddard@sonic.net> wrote:
Hi Juan,
Better to look at ChimeraX map interpolation code on Github which is the same or better.
