extracting statistics from an existing fitlist

Hello: I'm trying to extract the statistics from a previously run fitmap global search to a text file. Is there a way to find the objects that all the information is stored in so I can write a script to write it out? I've been trying to dig through the code to find out where it is stored, but have not had any luck. Thanks for the help!

Here’s some example Python to print the fits of molecules in maps done with the fitmap command with search option. Open this python in Chimera and it will list info about the fits. Tom
