Dear Chimera developers We have a question concerning the possibility to read files from PROFEC (wich is implemented in Amber 7). We know that this is possible with Midas Plus. Hi Michael, Chimera cannot currently read the PROFEC file format. I will take a look at documentation Eric Pettersen found on PROFEC and the Midas delegate and see if it can easily be added to Chimera. I'll let you know by early next week. Tom
Hi Michael, The PROFEC format looks simple so I will try to make the Chimera volume viewer handle it. Could you provide an example PROFEC file and PDB file so I can verify that the code is working? Tom
