Hi Ming, As Elaine mentioned in her reply, you can use the MidasPlus dms if you have it. We are working on having Chimera output ms-format files and hope to have it in the next release (which will be January or February). We also distribute dms separately from MidasPlus as a free, open-source download. You can find it at http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/Overview/software.html .
