[Chimera-users] Hydrophobicity surface

I am creating a hydrophobicity surface for a protein using the "Presets -> Hydrophobicity surface" commands. I would like to know what the colors on the surface are telling me. I see a couple of shades of blue, white, and pink to orange. What do these colors mean? Thanks! John M. Beale, Jr., Ph,D.
