Dear Preksha Depani, Chimera is just showing the contents of the output file from Autodock Vina, so this is really an Autodock Vina question and maybe there are more details on that program’s website. <http://vina.scripps.edu/> However, my guess from reading the text is that it is just a list of the bonds in the ligand that Autodock Vina considers rotatable (A) or nonrotatable (I).
