
Hi Jiri, You didn’t say what kinds of display are involved. For atoms/bonds, molecular surface patches, and ribbon segments, one way is with commands: ~disp ~sel ~surf ~sel ~ribbon ~sel (undisplay, unsurface, and unribbon the unselected parts). Or, another way is to invert the selection, menu: Select… Invert ( two choices, invert everything or only inside the models with parts already selected), and then use the Actions menu on the new selection.
