Hi Hernando,
As per this thread: [Chimera-users] using scipy with Chimera, Chimera uses an old version of numpy.  If you can find a version of scipy compatible with numpy 1.7, you could use the procedure described in that thread to install it.
Depending on what you are doing you perhaps could use ChimeraX.  Scipy is currently bundled with ChimeraX.
