the notebook thing has never made it to the top of my to-do list. However, it seems like it will be pretty easy to implement so I will work on it soon and let you know when it's available. It will only go into the 1.7 daily build since we are no longer adding features to 1.6, only fixing bugs.
Okay, I implemented a simple tool for adding notes and it will show up in the next successful 1.7 daily build. It's in the Utilities category and is call "Notepad". It has a limitation right now in that if you quit after adding notes but without saving a session, you'll lose those changes without any notification. I'll get around to improving that but it might be a little while.

Great, thank you very much Eric. Thank you as well for mentioning the model-associated notes, those are also useful. In fact, when we close a session that has been modified, we're never warned. But I guess we all got used to that behaviour :-) Best regards, -- Miguel Architecture et Fonction des Macromolécules Biologiques (UMR7257) CNRS, Aix-Marseille Université Case 932, 163 Avenue de Luminy, 13288 Marseille cedex 9, France Tel: +33(0) 491 82 55 93 Fax: +33(0) 491 26 67 20 mailto:miguel.ortiz-lombardia@afmb.univ-mrs.fr http://www.afmb.univ-mrs.fr/Miguel-Ortiz-Lombardia
