Hi Gabor, If you open more than one volume data set in Chimera, there is no way to write them out in a single volume file. Elaine mentioned the matrixget command to get the rotation matrix and translation for each volume. If you use the volume dialog Features / Origin and Scale and you change the origin and then save the map, the saved map will record the new origin. When I add the ability to resample a map to save a rotated orientation I will try to also allow saving multiple maps into a single new map file. Tom
