Hi Gabe, If you would like to just get one map calculated on the grid of a second map you can use the "vop" command with the "resample" operation. Something like: vop #1 resample onGrid #0 It makes a new map which you could save with the "volume" command or the volume dialog "File / Save map as..." menu entry. Here's the vop documentation: http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/vop.html That was added January 24, 2008 (Chimera 1.2485) for Bridget Carragher. I've been meaning to also add a subtract map operation to the "vop" command but that is not in yet. Tom
