Hi Gabor, The Morph Map option "Multiplier for second map <X>" is intended to solve the problem where the two maps have data values with differing normalization. It multiplies the values of the second map by the factor <X> before interpolating the two maps. So if your first map contour level of 0.2 (single particle) corresponds to your second map (tomogram) contour level of 2.2 you can use the factor 0.091 (= 0.2 / 2.2). http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/experimental/morph_map/morphmap.html Tom
