Hi Bryan, You can increase label font size in the Preferences, category: Background. Preferences is at the bottom of the Favorites menu. <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/preferences.html#Background> Those 3D labels are mainly for interactive use. For a publication image, you might want to use 2D Labels instead (in menu under Tools...
