Hi Sirano, There is no single-click option in Chimera, but you can use the command "center": <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/center.html> For example, you could select the atom with Ctrl-click and then use the command: center sel You could also use it on a group of atoms (it doesn't have to be just one). In UCSF-Chimera, I would like to center on an atom of a molecule without zooming-in towards the atom. I found the “focus” command, which centers the atom, but the command includes a zooming-in step; is there a “focus” or “center”-like option that does not zoom-in?
