Hi JD, You could use command: set silhouette <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/set.html> ...or if you just wanted the whole preset, something like: preset apply pub 1 <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/preset.html> The "Image Tips" page lists several image-related settings and how to change them with commands and/or menu. You can also see that page by clicking the "Tips" button on the Image Save dialog. <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/print.html#tips> See also the list of movie-related commands: <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/movies.html#moviecommands> I hope this helps, Elaine ---------- Elaine C. Dear all, I am making a movie using a command file. I would like to represent the atom using the same kind of picture than those generated using the Presets option silhouette. Can you tell me how to do so? Cheers, JD
