Hi Stefan, I guess the voxel size isn't set in your EM map file header. Use the Volume Dialog "Coordinates" panel and set the voxel size (i.e. grid spacing) to the correct value. If it says 1.0 now (typical for map headers that don't set the value), you probably want to change it 3.6. You would have to save a new map file after making this change, or save a Chimera session to avoid this nuisance in the future. Tom
Hi, I have a EM map, spider file and the data are scaled by a factor of 3.6. I need to expand the map by this factor. How can I do this with chimera? Thank you very much for your help Best Regards Stefan
