Hi Elaine, Thank you for your quick response and your help Choosing "Add hydrogens in Chimera”,"Ignore chains of non-standart residues" and "Ignore all non-standart residues" as false, made the docking work! The PDBQT file showed that the NAD was included in the calculations. Thank you again. Sincerely Maja Dorfner
