Thanks for the basic Elaine, I am already aware of it, what I am trying to say it still not outputs figures as good as previous versions of Chimera.
You should compare them.

Hello Dr. Altan Kara,
Resolution is just the number of pixels width and height. To get higher resolution, specify larger numbers for the pixel width and height in the save image options (GUI or save command).
Chimera has a separate setting for physical size (e.g. inches or cm) and then the pixels per physical size unit (dpi), but the result is still the total number of pixels. For example 2 inches wide with 600 pixels/inch is 1200 pixels wide.
ChimeraX does not have separate settings for the physical size. For the same example, in ChimeraX you would just choose 1200 pixels wide. The result will not be marked with a physical size, however. You would have to use some other program like Photoshop if you want to mark it as 2 inches wide. If you know the physical size you want and the resolution at that size, just calculate the total pixel width and height and enter that when you save the image.
