Hi Justin, You just open the PDB file in your favorite text editor and then delete all the lines that start with CONECT. It is not something you would do using Chimera or ChimeraX. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Meng, Ph.D. UCSF Chimera(X) team Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry University of California, San Francisco

Good evening,
I am emailing on behalf of a message that was responded to in 2018. It involved the deleting of CONECT records from a PDB file. I was wondering if there were instructions on how that was done? I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you Justin Prado
