Dear all, Would it be possible to modify the code of the Crystal Contact tool so it can produce, as an option, the molecules that are in contact with the model as full atom models instead of spheres? I would be happy to do so, but then I would appreciate if you can point me to the relevant code in chimera to do so. Thank you!
