
Hi, Rosie. Can you please try visiting http://webservices.rbvi.ucsf.edu/opal2/dashboard in a browser from your computer? If you get a similar error, then I suspect that there may be some sort of network configuration at your location that requires setup for accessing certain web sites, including the Chimera web services site. I have configured Chimera to use the proxy server and I have saved the setting.
