Hi Geeta, One solution is to try using the Mac Aqua version of Chimera. In that case you don't have to worry about setting some preference, the 3- button emulation just works. You could just name the Aqua version of Chimera something else (I named mine Chimera-aqua.app instead of Chimera.app) if you want to have both versions and easily switch between them.
