Hello Shaimae, No, you do not need to do anything to enable it. The “swapna” command has been included in Chimera for a very, very long time. It you have an extremely old Chimera version you should try getting a newer version, in case that is the problem. <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/download.html> Besides trying to use the “swapna” command, you can also check by using command “help swapna” which should show the manual page. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Meng, Ph.D. UCSF Chimera(X) team Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry University of California, San Francisco

Hello,
I am trying to mutate nucleotide residues in RNA using Chimera, and I've seen previous posts about using the "swapna" command. However, Chimera is giving the error message "Unrecognized command: swapna". Is there a way for me to enable swapna for Chimera to recognize so that I may use it?
Thank you, Shaimae
