Hi Dieter, "models" is a model specification like #0-6, e.g. tile #0-6 columns 3 Another example: open 1plx tile ...from. the "tile" help page <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/tile.html> "The models argument should be a comma-separated list of model numbers or ranges preceded by #, or simply # or blank (nothing) to indicate all models." Most commands don't use "all" but instead either blank (nothing) to mean all, or some specific model numbers. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Hi, I am trying to use the command line command TILE as given here:
Usage: tile models [ columns N ] [ spacingFactor f ] [ independentRotation true|false ] [ viewAll true|false ] [ label true|false ]
I tried (following the syntax of e.g. "vol all level 0.02":
"tile vol all columns 3" or "tile all columns 3" or "tile models all columns 3" or "tile #0, #1, #2, #4, #5, #6 columns 3" but none works
can you please give me an example!
Thanks, best, Dieter
