
Hi Mike, Take a look at the "mcopy" command -- I think that's what you want. Hi, Within Chimera is there any way in which the underlying coordinates of an atomic model can be updated in order to yield the same depiction but based on the new coordinates, or (equivalently) can the attributes of one model be transferred to another, assuming of course that they have the same underlying protein sequence, etc. thanks
