I am a research student trying to use chimera but I am having difficulties. Whenever I give an operation or task in chimera, the replylog opens always giving error.

Suppose I tried to convert PDB file to Mol2 and there was error of replylog. I tried to do docking using autodock vina and it is not happening too. I am unable to do anything. Please tell me what's wrong? Big help needed.
