Hi Natalie,
The ffmpeg executable was mistakenly omitted from the 1.17 releases. We are working on a 1.17.2 release that will include it, but it might still be a day or three before that's available. Depending on your timeline, I think your options are:
(1) Wait for the 1.17.2 release.
(2) Install the older 1.16 release for just this one purpose. You can have multiple different versions installed without problem.
(3) Try to put the ffmpeg executable you have into
