[Chimera-users] Thumbnail images

Is it possible to depict in Chimera a protein and/or ligand (any) in a water box. The reason I'm asking is because I want to show the thermodynamic cycle for calculating a binding free energy. The image should be high resolution for publication purposes. Many thanks in advance for any suggestions Regards George
