
Hi Andreas, Sorry, there is no Chimera command to set label/rlabel size. You can set it in Preferences (menu: Favorites… Preferences, see category: Background in 1.8 and older, category: Labels in recent 1.9 daily build). If you click Save on the Preferences dialog, the setting will be written to your preferences file and will apply to later uses of Chimera. If you are labeling a figure, however, you might want to use 2D Labels instead (menu: Tools..
