Hi, Since this is also affecting your local PDB files, it sounds like MacOS not allowing Chimera to access various folders. To fix this, use System Preferences and go to the Security & Privacy category. In there, go to the Privacy tab and then in the list on the left select Files and Folders. Find the Chimera application in the list on the right and use the checkboxes to give it access to the folders it needs.
