Good idea. Chimera was already remembering the session file name (to make "Save Session" work), so it was pretty easy to implement. It will be in tonight's build.

We're talking 2D labels here, right?

We'll be discussing #2-4 in our developer's meeting this week. Will report back on what we decide.
