
Hi Filip, Another way to do it, if you are somewhat comfortable with python, is to use sparx, as described on this page: http://sparx-em.org/sparxwiki/align_chimera This will give you the Euler angles which describe the rotations, and can be converted to most of the common angle conventions (spider, EMAN, imagic, ...).
