Thanks Elaine, After I reload the Keyboard Shortcuts file, the error does not show up. Now I know what the issue is. I perceived that I've tried to modify certain keyboard shortcuts for ViewDock before. Maybe the changes I've made were saved in ViewDock_Accelerator.py. And it seems that by some accident I deleted that file. I think this is a stupid question because of my carelessness. Thanks for you patient reply. With Regards, Qiancheng Xia 2022/07/08

Hi Qiancheng Xia, I don't know what that file is specifically, but my guess is that this pathname is defined in the Keyboard Shortcuts tool as the file to find definitions of keyboard shortcuts.
Anyway, if my guess is correct, you would need to start Keyboard Shortcuts (in menu under Tools... General Controls). Near the bottom there is a button to "Load shortcuts file" and below that an entry field with the pathname of the shortcuts file.
The standard file is [where-you-installed-Chimera]/Chimera.app/Contents/Resources/share/Accelerators/standard_accelerators.py
For example, in my case that field contains: /Users/meng/Desktop/Chimera.app/Contents/Resources/share/Accelerators/standard_accelerators.py
Maybe yours gives ViewDock_Accelerator.py instead? I don't know what that file is (as far as I know, it's not from us), but maybe it is something you used to have but it got deleted. If so, you could delete the contents of the field and then quit/restart to see if you still get the message.
Another way to change that same setting is by editing your preferences file directly, but that may be difficult to do without messing up your preferences, or deleting your preferences file, but that will lose all of your other preferences. You can see where your preferences file is by starting Chimera and looking in the Preferences (menu: Favorites... Preferences), category: Preferences.
I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Meng, Ph.D. UCSF Chimera(X) team Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry University of California, San Francisco

Hi, Recently I've received an error message from CLI each time I executed chimera as before. Although it does not affect the normal use of chimera, I am still curious what's the issue and how to get rid of it? The error message is as below:
