We have only tried 32-bit Vista and it works there. Since other 32-bit applications run on 64-bit Vista, chimera should too. Keep in mind that the Vista graphics drivers are still improving rapidly, so update your graphics driver monthly for a while (at least until January 2008). Greg Couch UCSF Computer Graphics Lab
