They unfortunately do not contain the per-model clip planes yet.

I have just added the saving of per-model clipping settings in positions, so it will be in the next snapshot release.  A consequence of this improvement is that you will be able to use the 'reset' command to smoothly interpolate per-model clipping in scripts.
