Hi Jeff, Unfortunately Chimera does not save everything in session files. Each Chimera tool is responsible for saving its state and only some of them do. IMOD surfaces are not saved, but volume path tracer markers (used for the IMOD contours) are saved. It would be some work to remember colors and hidden components. Tom
