Density map formats read by Chimera are described in the manual. http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/filetypes.html#volume MTZ format is x-ray reflection data, not a density map format and Chimera does not read reflection data. Tom
What format does Chimera accept for ED maps? I tried .mtz files but did not work. Thank you.
