Yes it works fine. Thank you! Benjamin Fabre PhD student fac. of pharmacy University CEU San Pablo Urb. MonteprÃncipe, Ctra. The product of these two values is the resulting display stick thickness. You could change the bond radius by using the "setattr" command or by selecting the bonds and then using the Selection Inspector (inspect Bond, change "radius" value). Here is an example of using the "setattr" command to increase the bond radius of residue 12 in chain A: setattr b radius 0.5 :12.a I hope this helps, Elaine ---------- Elaine C. Helo, I am a new user of chimera. I would to change the stick scale of a single residue of one protein. How can I do this? Should I create different models to do this? Thank you. Benjamin Fabre
