Hi, I have been trying to recreate the paper viruses shown on ViperDB and on your own site here: http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/data/kids-day-apr2008/papervirus.html How did you keep the structure within the confines of the triangular facets? Is this possible within the flatten-icosahedron command, or was there some additional manual processing involved?
