Hi I have a series of pdb files corresponding to a quaternary conformational change involving 12 chains. I can read these pdb files into Chimera via the MD movie, and I can view the conformational change. What I would like to do is to convert the movie into one using multiscale models with one surface for each chain. If I go into multiscale I can convert the initial pdb to multiscale, but it does not carry over to the other pdb files corresponding to the conformational change.
