No. You could try to modify your copy of Chimera to achieve this. The place to look would be file

chimera/share/SpaceNavigator/__init__.py

in the check_space_navigator() function.

Is it possible to set a dead-zone for the 3DConnexion Space Navigator in Chimera? I tried doing this using its OSX driver, but I cannot find such an option in its control panel.
