[Chimera-users] intensity scaling of multiple cryo EM reconstructions

Dear Chimera Community: We have several electron scattering intensity cubes from cryo EM. We would like to scale the intensity (not the size) of the particle so that we can fairly compare the intensity values in different cubes. We understand that some biophysical principle is required. Does Chimera contain tools related to such principles and the scaling calculations they imply? Thank you very much in advance for your help! Best regards, Peter
