Also, you need to have the Command Line shown (e.g. menu: Favorites... Command Line). If the Command Line is not shown, the Preferences dialog won't contain the Command Line category. Elaine

Hi Dmitry, When you choose menu: Favorites... Preferences, it should open a Preferences dialog. In the Preferences dialog, where it says Category: General, you would click on the "General" part and then from the resulting menu, switch from "General" to "Command Line." If your Preferences dialog is near the top of your window, you may need to scroll upwards in that menu to see the topmost entries, since Command Line is above General. Dear colleagues,
I would like to add chimera-trimmings alias. The way I found is the following: add the chimera-trimmings alias on the PC and then open them using Favorites...Preferences...Command Line. https://github.com/olibclarke/chimera-trimmings
But after opening Preferences I see no Command Line tab so can not find and add them.
Is there another way to do that or I didn’t understand the instructions well?
Thank you
Sincerely, Dmitry
