
Hi Hernando, First see if you can run modeller directly on your machine (without using the Chimera interface). Probably not, I would guess... and in that case, I can only suggest asking the Modeller help ( modeller-care@salilab.org ) to verify that what you are putting in the config.py is correct. I have installed modeller in my computer and have a license to it. I also verified that the license number was set in the config.py file. So I am not sure what the problem could be ??
System details: Chimera v. 1.7 Modeller v. 9.11 OS: Windows 7 64bits
