We also anticipate offering an interface that doesn't require a local Modeller installation (via a web service), though registration at the Modeller web site would still be required. That feature could be a month off or could be several months off, depending on how difficult the implementation turns out to be. --Eric Eric Pettersen UCSF Computer Graphics Lab http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu On Sep 17, 2010, at 10:19 AM, Elaine Meng wrote:
Hi Domenico, Yes, we are pleased to announce this feature -- it is only in the very latest daily builds, I believe dated Sept 14 and newer. <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/download.html#daily>
You will need to get Modeller separately from the Sali website, but once it is installed you will be able to run it from Chimera. Here's the documentation, which is also included with the build:

Hi, I have found on the MODELLER web page that Chimera has a Modeller interface in the latest nightly builds. Is it right? and is it possible to use it? Thanks a lot, Domenico.
