
Hi Enrico, There are several ways to do the same thing. Hiding hydrogens but not deleting (A) menu: Select... Chemistry... element... H Actions... Atoms/Bonds... hide (B) commands: ~display element.H Deleting hydrogens (A) menu: Select... Chemistry... element... H Actions... Atoms/Bonds... delete (B) commands: delete element.H I suggest you try going through a beginner's tutorial, for example: <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/Outreach/Tutorials/GettingStarted.html> or the ones in the User's Guide (opened from the Chimera Help menu).
