The command "~hb" will remove H-bonds. Also, in the Pseudobond Panel you can close the "hydrogen bonds" group.

I would only add that if you wanted something in the menu you could use command "alias ^clearhbonds ~hb" and then there would be an Aliases menu with "clearhbonds" in it. You could use some other word, not necessarily "clearhbonds" ... whatever makes sense to you. Elaine ----- Elaine C.
