
Hi Rosaura, I don’t get the behavior you’re experiencing, though I am asked to confirm opening Chimera since it was “downloaded from the Internet”. Regardless, you should be able to right-click (control click if your mouse only has one button) to bring up a context menu that should have “Open” on it. That “Open” item should run Chimera. Once you’ve run Chimera once, it will run without any “confirm” dialogs after that. —Eric Eric Pettersen UCSF Computer Graphics Lab
